The active scribes in the barony of SunDragon have become the Barony of Sun Dragon Scriptorium! If you know how, or want to learn how to be a scribe, come join us at the Scriptorium. The Barony of SunDragon has a cooking focus group whose mission is the
understanding of the Medieval culinary world.
Recreating historical recipes is a great way to explore the way food and cooking affected the lives of those who lived in earlier times.
Open to all like minded. Raise your spoons and knives and lets see what we can do.... We meet the second Wednesday of every month at a member's house. The Fireside Inn at the Crossroads is a safe haven for bards and those who yearn to learn the bardic ars of song, poem and story. The Fireside Inn is open Monday nights from 6:30 PM to 9 PM and is hosted at various locations throughout the month. All are welcome at the Fireside Inn! Peoria Community Center from 6:00pm - 9:00pm. Everyone is welcome.
The Sundragon Costumers Guild is for all members of the Barony to learn about garb. Whether you are a beginner to the SCA or have years of experience, join us for discussions, workshops and sewing time to make historical clothing that will allow you to participate in all SCA activities and become a part of the fun. Scale Factory & Armor shop is run by Lady Lann Valdis O'Davorreanne. Meets the second and fourth Thursday of the month from 7:00pm - 9:00pm. This is a working shop to learn to build and fix armor. Contact Lady Lann at loraleiriney@yahoo.com for directions.
